Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all of our guests, all of our accommodations are non-smoking. We do provide ample smoking receptacles around the property.

We will provide you with a place to change if you wish to stay later.

Summer Season
• A check/cash deposit of 1 night is required for reservations.
• A non-refundable payment of half of the remaining balance is due by cash/check 4 weeks prior to arrival
date.
• Remaining balance is due upon check in.
• Refunds will only be made if cancellation is made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival; less a $20.00
service charge.
• Credit cards will only be accepted for reservations made within 4 weeks of stay. The amount equal to
half the total stay will be charged to card upon making reservation and is non-refundable.
Spring/Fall/Winter Seasons
• Cash/Check deposits will be refunded with 7 days cancellation notice; less a $20.00 service charge.
• Credit card holds will be charged for 1 nights stay with less than 7 days cancellation notice.
Summer Season
• A check/cash deposit of 1 night is required for reservations made prior to March 1st.
• Remaining balance is due upon check in.
• Refunds will only be made if cancellation is made more than 3 weeks prior to arrival; less a $20.00
service charge.
• Credit card holds (accepted after March 1st) will be charged 1 nights stay with less than 3 weeks
cancellation notice.
Spring/Fall/Winter Seasons
• Cash/Check deposits will be refunded with 7 days cancellation notice; less a $20.00 service charge.
• Credit card holds will be charged for 1 nights stay with less than 7 days cancellation notice.
• After check-in, no refunds will be issued and you are responsible for payment for the dates
confirmed.
• Rates do not include 6% State Sales Tax and 3% Hotel Tax and are subject to change without notice.
